He is survived by: his parent Cornia Seay of Washington; his wife Alice Shell of Ford, VA; his children, Early Melvin, III of Utah and Nekondah Ann of Ford, VA; his grandchildren, Brandon Ty'Sean of Washington and Chamaria Alexis of Washington; his siblings, Richard C. of Chesterfield, Virginia, Cassie S. Tucker (Harold) of Stoney Creek and Mary L. (Charles) of South Chesterfield, Virginia; his siblings-in-law, Rosa Mabry (John) of Stoney Creek, Jestine Taylor (Michael) of Florida, William Shell (Nancy) of Mckenney, George Shell (Gladys) of Carson, Garrett Shell (Mary Rose) of Petersburg and James Shell (Edna) of Dinwiddie, Virginia; his aunt Betty Seay of Kenbridge, Virginia; and his uncle Clifton Seay of Woodbridge, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and many friends.
