It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vest L. C. Vernon (Floyd, Virginia), who passed away on May 13, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wives, Ethelene Gearheart Vest and Gladys Dickerson Vest; and his granddaughter Hope Vest. He is survived by: his daughters, Diann Conner (Clinton) of Pilot Va, Carolyn Vest of Myrtle Beach and Cindy Vest (Danny) of Floyd Va; his stepchildren, Linda Turpin (Ray) of Willis and Donnie Cromer of Floyd; and his siblings, Vera Clower of Marie, Kaula Dowdy and Lee Roy Vest (Carol) of Pilot. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of Flowers, donations would be appreciated to Floyd Co. Rescue Squad in his remembrance.
