She was predeceased by: her husband John Douglas Pugh; her parent Margaret Via; her children, Hope Brezene Pugh (Pudden) and Alvestar M. Pugh; and her siblings, Virginia Via Hardy, Helen Via Saunders, Peter, Fred, Harmen, James, Walker and Winfred Via.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tonya Pugh Pullins Riley and James Pugh Motley; her son Fred Pugh Sr.; her grandchildren, Alvestar Motley, Alvestar Lewis, Dontae Lewis, Robin Pugh Robinson, Fred Pugh II, Hope Pugh Graves, Trish Akers, Sharon Avery, Hale and Lia Hale; and her niece Ivy Saunders Harris (Boo). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren 21 great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
