She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Don Akers and Aletha Akers; her daughter Tracy; her son-in-law Dwaine Webb; her grandchildren, Marcus Baker, Gabriel Webb and Gillian Webb; her close friend Beth Stump; her friend Larry Dobbins; and her siblings, Kenneth Akers, Gene Akers (Thelma), Leon Akers (Virgie), Larry Akers (Sharon) and Maybelline Holcomb. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
