She was predeceased by: her parents, Cordelia Dugan and John Dugan; and her husband Wilburn H. Spangler. She is survived by: her children, David Spangler (Patricia) of Floyd, Lisa Morris (Eddie) of Floyd, Steve Spangler (Amy) of Roanoke, Beth Spangler of Blacksburg and Glenn Spangler (Tracey) of Covington; and her sister Joan Wolfe (Ron) of Iron Mountain, Michigan. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and many special nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the local animal shelter or the Salvation Army.
