She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadie Jane Cock and James Robert Conner; her former husband George Martin Agnew; her husband Lewis VanScoy Smith; her sister Loveda Belcher (Herbert); and her stepdaughter Cynthia Agnew Stovall (Glenn).
She is survived by: her sister Shelby Harris (Miles) of Stuart, VA; her sister-in-law Catherine Pollari (William) of Belfast, ME.; her stepchildren, Raymond Roger Agnew of Watkins, CO, Rev. George Thurman Agnew (Janice) of Axton, VA and Isabel Agnew Lovitt (Scott) of Floyd, VA.; and her stepgrandchildren, George Stovall (Tiffany) of Stuart, VA, Mary Handy (Kevin) of Stuart, VA, Charlie Agnew (Jackie) of Cochran, GA, David Agnew (Amanda) of Axton, VA, Eric Lovitt of Pilot, VA, Dreama Lovitt of Winston-Salem, NC and Allan Lovitt of Fort Drum, NY.. She is also survived by 10 step-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
