She was predeceased by: her parents, Hillard Shively, Sr. and Elizabeth Drewry Shively; her siblings, Roger Shively and Pat Sink; her daughter Billie Jo Bandy; and her husband Dwight L. Hopper.
She is survived by: her brothers, H. C. Shively, Jr. and Danny Wayne Shively; her sons, Michael E. Bandy, Jr. and Roger A. Bandy; and her granddaughters, Cassidy J. Bandy and Charleigh Reamue. She is also survived by nieces, plus a nephew.
