He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Young and Opal Young; his in-laws, Phyllis and James Stevenson; his father-in-law CJ Foley; his brother Terry Young; and his daughter Dana Young.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Young; his daughters, Sheena Young, Mekaila (Chad Grady) and Kara (Bulivye Yerxa); his grandchildren, Lilly, Dylan, Tyler, Austin and Adelynn; his siblings, Karen Hodges, Sheree Montgomery and Curtis Sloane; and his siblings-in-law, Angela Houser and Jamie Stevenson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Gardner's Funeral Home (202 E Oxford St, Floyd, VA 24091). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
