He is survived by: his siblings, Charles S Pickard Jr., Penelope Miller (Michael) and Mary McNeil; his sister-in-law Linda Weckle; his daughter Sharon Bush (John); his grandson Zachary; his goddaughters, Sarah Sumner, Heather and Jessica Tuck; his son Jim Pickard (Robin); and his granddaughter Katie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
