He was predeceased by: his parents, George Burleigh and Dot Burleigh; and his sister Jane Dehart. He is survived by: his wife Carrie L. Burleigh of Christiansburg; his daughter Lynn B.; his son-in-law David Williams of Willis; his sister Ann B.; his brother-in-law Bruce Bragg of Johns Island, S. C.; his grandchildren, Rusty Burleigh, Crystal Nester and Jacob Nester; his great grandchildren, Weston, Colt Burleigh, Caleb Vaught and Abigail Nester; his niece Ami DeHart Watkins; his nephews, Jim Bragg and Bill Bragg; his siblings-in-law, Steve Dehart, Carol Blevins and Mary Hayden; and his friend Phil Quesenberry.
