He is survived by: his wife Crystal Parker; his brother James Parker; his children, Shawna M. Gray (Bryant Whitby), Charles D Parker Jr. (Robin Parker), Zakota P. King (Gabriel A. King), Virginia, Cameron D. Parker (Alea Lacoste) and Javon D. Parker (Kayleigh Spencer); his grandchildren, Kaleah Parker, Rozalyn Parker, Silas Hoback, Jiraiya Whitby, Clyde, Parker, Kyrastin Parker, Vanity Parker, Zerenity Parker, Jace Parker and Zacaria Parker; and his nieces, Samantha Hill of Roanoke Va and Khrystina Hairston of Floyd Va.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bethesda House of Mercy (209 Howard St SE, Floyd, VA 24091).
