He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Duncan and Cora Duncan; and his brother Bobbie Duncan. He is survived by: his sons, Ronald Duncan (Jodi), Michael Duncan (Loretta) and Charles Duncan Jr.; and his grandchildren, Josiah Duncan (Lauren), Jesse Duncan, Jailee Duncan and Maddy Duncan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery (5550 Bagging Plant Rd, Dublin, VA 24084-3490). Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McCoy Funeral Home (150 Country Club Dr SW, Blacksburg, VA 24060). A burial will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery (5550 Bagging Plant Rd, Dublin, VA 24084-3490).
