He is survived by: his wife Ann Merrill; his daughter Liz; his son-in-law Rocky Catron; his grandsons, Ben and Alex Catron; his adoptive son Jordy Bishop; his sister Kim; his brother-in-law Doug Muncy; his nieces and nephews, Deanna Farley (Little Wren), Dereck Merrill, Kimberly Moore, Barbara Cameron and Grace Cameron; his brothers, Bryce, Brandon, Bryden and Brett Merrill; his father Cissy Merrill; and his close friend Dulinda Bender.
