He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Underwood; his siblings, Garfield (Joyce Underwood), Wayne (Brenda Underwood) and Gaye; his brother-in-law Austin Harman; and his in-laws, Vera, Don Shively, Bonnie Skelton (Toney Quesenberry) and Betty Moran.
