She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Forscutt and Robert Forscutt; and her daughter Melanie Creasey. She is survived by: her husband Fred Thomas; her children, Diana Basham (Kris) of Floyd and Matthew Thomas (Jessica) of Floyd; her grandchildren, Samantha Laird (Josh), Morgan Basham, Kaleb Thomas and Dylan Toney (NC); and her siblings, Robert Forscutt (Karen), Linda Sipes, Judi Forscutt (VA), Nancy (Edd) and Seigh (NJ). She is also survived by Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and special friends.
