He was predeceased by: his sister Amber Nicole Marshall; and his uncle Kenny Marshall. He is survived by: his parents, Anthony "Dale" and Jennifer Phillips Marshall; his siblings, Colton Richard Marshall and Ava Nicole Marshall; his grandparents, Charles Marshall, Margaret Marshall, Richard Phillips, Dorraine Phillips, Elizabeth Thompson and Terry Thompson; his great-grandparents, Helen Howell and Otis Howell; and his uncles, Harvey Marshall (Donna), Calvin Marshall (Linda), Peggy Quesenberry, Judy Bennett, Emily Reed (Michael) and Joseph Phillips.
