He is survived by: his son John (Diane); his grandson Nicholas (Ashley); his son Thomas (Mary); his grandchildren, Kathleen (John), Terrence (Jaime) and Andrew; his son Gerard (Audrey); his stepdaughters, Amanda and Laura; and his nephews, Donald, John, Stephen and Robert Kapfer.
