He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Keener and Mary Keener. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Keener (Cason); his children, Sandra Keener (Steve), Sherrie Perry (Doug), Roger Keener, Jr. and Brandi Phillips (Michael); and his sisters, Roxie Richardson (Jim) and Peggy Richardson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
