It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Alice (Ashby) Berry of Fishersville, Virginia, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Woodrow Lee Berry of Fishersville; her parents, Meredith C. Ashby, Sr. and Lois Evelyn Ashby (Young); her son Douglas L. Berry; her granddaughter Tiffany Dawn Fullan; and her siblings, Charles Ashby, C. "Jimmy" Ashby, Jr., Albert Randolph "Butch" Ashby, Sr., Barbara Lee Landes and Shirley Landrum.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lois Ann Fullan of Weyers Cave, Wanda B. Moore of Verona and Frances Berry of Staunton; her sisters, Evelyn Jack (William) of Fishersville and Helen Johnson (Ashby) of Stuarts Draft; her grandchildren, Aaron Moore (Ashley Lawson), Nathan Fullan (Amanda) and Courtney Berry (Travis Kisamore); and her great grandchildren, Abby, Jacob, Braylee, Oaklynn and Reid.
