He is survived by: his wife Kathryne "Nancy" Foster of Douglas Lane; his sons, James C. "Jim" Foster, III (Sherry) of Lyndhurst and Daniel S. Foster, Sr. (Ann) of Hightown; his sisters, Nancy Walker (Herman) of Richmond and Janet Neal (Harold) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Amanda Walker (Beau), James C. "Jimmy" Foster, IV (Claire), Amy Jurls (Darby), Daniel S. Foster, Jr. (Liz) and Mariam Foster; and his great grandchildren, Asher, Jonah, Silas, Julia, Rachel, Cora, Jake, Ian, Anne Carter and Mary Foster.
