He is survived by: his parent Charlotte Moats (Redman); his sons, Rakeem Moats of Staunton, Wesley Veney and Kendrick Thompson; and his siblings, Delmar Moats, Jr., Jimmy Strother, Frances Christine Moore of Staunton and Tina Harvey of Staunton.
