He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Harrison Cash and Mary Lou Cash (Fix); and his siblings, Mamie Hodge, Fauntleroy, Finley, Robert, John, Samuel, Bruce and Herbert Cash.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lorine "Sandy" Cash (Jones) of Fishersville; his sons, Stephen Cash (Lisa) of Fishersville and D. W. Cash (Alice Solis) of Fishersville; his grandsons, Dusty and Sam Cash; his brother Gene Cash (Dolly) of Waynesboro; and his sister-in-law Nancy Rexrode. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
