He was predeceased by: his parents, Hampton Cline and Margaret Elizabeth Meeks; his former wife Carolyn; and his brother-in-law David McAllister. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his sister Janet McAllister of Verona; his children, Donna Peduto (Mark) of Staunton and David (Kara) of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Brian Peduto, Amanda Halsey (T. J.) and Claybourne Meeks; his great grandchildren, Kailey, Aubree and Brooklynn; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Pusey (Diana) of St. Augustine and Scott Pusey (Diane) of Manassas, Virginia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
