She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover McDonald and Mary McDonald; her brothers, Philip McDonald, Gary McDonald and Stephen McDonald; her husband H. Calvin Via; and her children, Jonathan Scott Harman, Rebecca Anne Harman and Clay Andrew Harman.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim; her son-in-law Dale Mace of Grottoes; her sons, Tony (Vicki Harman) and Chris Harman (Joi Brown); and her grandchildren, Jason Faust, Scotty Harman, Justin Harman, Jonathan Harman, Lucas Harman, Rebecca Mace and Cody Harman. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
