She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bodley and Sue Ellen Blakemore (Ramsey); her husband John William Foote; her brother Charles Benjamin Blakemore; and her daughter Suzette Colon.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Stevens (Kenny); her stepson William "Billy" Foote; her grandchildren, Cassandra Marie Rankin and Benjamin Coursey (Emily); her stepgrandsons, Trevor Foote (Christina) and Tyler Foote; her great grandchildren, Holland, Isaac and Charles Coursey; her great great grandchildren, Taylor, Bryson and Cohen Foote; and her caregivers, Tina Gorden and Sue Holmes. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
