William Towles Jr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Towles Jr. formerly of Fincastle, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As William departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy William leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Towles, Sr. and Margaret Smith Towles; and his sister Margo T. Garrett. He is survived by: his sons, Marty T. Towles (Jennifer) and Thomas B. Towles (Claudia); and his sister Diane T. Corderman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donation to the Botetourt Food Pantry.
