With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roland Albert Ouellette of Fincastle, Virginia, who passed away on September 20, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ursula; his children, Debbie, Jennifer, Denise and Stephen; his grandchildren, Luci, Hale, Natalie, Lee, Rachel, Matthew, Michael, Danielle and Nate; his great grandchildren, Virginia and Geneva; and his parents, Ernest P. Ouellette and Lucinda Ouellette (Ringuette).

He eventually led the Eno Foundation, a non-profit think-tank, dedicated to solving big transportation issues.
