She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Guy Looney and Lucy Ada Hagy Looney; her husband Robert Ferdinand Rowe; her son Robert Glenn; and her siblings, Robert Looney and Gail Looney.
She is survived by: her children, Restona "Rusty" McQuade (Stan) of Renick, Danny Rowe (Shelia) of Crawley, Joe Rowe (Alice) of Albuquerque, NM, Patty Vatter (Andy) of Ft. Myers, Teresa Brewster (Kenny) of Crawley and Kathryn "Katie" Buckley (Tom) of Parkersburg; her daughter-in-law Karen Rowe of Efland, NC; her sister Jeanette Lombardi of Canton, Ohio; and her sister-in-law Peggy Looney of Greensboro, NC. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Due to Covid, private services will be held Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg, with Pastors, Ronnie Beavers and Jeff Arnold officiating.
