It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Tranchese of Fincastle, Virginia, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on August 6, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Tranchese and Carmela Viola Tranchese. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Tranchese; his children, Addison Tranchese of Fincastle and Linda Putney of Long Island; and his siblings, Anthony Tranchese (Luella) of New York and Madeleine LaFavi of New York. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
