She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Settles and Elizabeth Settles; and her husband Carl H. "Jack" Benson. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Cindy Benson. She is also survived by 5 children, 1 sister, 1 brother, and a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
