He was predeceased by: his father Henry Bandy. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his son Jason Bandy; his mother Louise Wagner; his stepfather R. C. Wagner; his brother Jeff Bandy; his sister-in-law Shirleen; his niece Casey; and his friend George Anderson. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New Freedom Farm in Buchanan.
