She was predeceased by: her husband Charles S. Gery, Sr.; her parents, George Whitlock and Emma Whitlock; and her siblings, Mildred Tweedie, Ruth VanWagner, Dorothy Anderson, George and Harold Whitlock.
She is survived by: her son Dr. Charles S. Gery, Jr. of Fincastle; her daughter-in-law Tina; and her granddaughter Holly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
