She was predeceased by: her parents, Roberta Petty and Donald Petty. She is survived by: her husband Don Skibinski; her daughters, Rachel Thomas (Nathan) of Eagle Rock, Missy Smith of Minnesota, Megan Loan of Clifton Forge and Shelly Skibinski; her grandchildren, Natalie of Eagle Rock, Jenny of Eagle Rock and Bubba Thomas of Eagle Rock; her siblings, Paul Petty (Joyce) of Buchanan, Donnie Petty (Sheila) of Fincastle and Barabara Dudley (Estelle) of Buchanan; and her close friend Kathy Hammond.
