He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert Spangler and Elvira Maxine Atwell Spangler; and his parents-in-law, William "Willie" Henry Miles and Willie Hazel Miles. He is survived by: his wife Janice Marie Spangler; his daughters, Jessica Henson (Clay) and Morgan Turner (Mitchell); his siblings, Sandi Palmer (Stanley) and Randy Spangler; his siblings-in-law, Tony Miles (Faye) and Linda Gammons (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Carter Henson, Will Turner, Cooper Turner and Parker Henson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
