Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Shirley McDaniel Stultz Parcell of Fieldale, Virginia, who passed away at the age of 85, on October 13, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Goldie Stultz of Virginia and William T. Stultz, Sr.; and her siblings, Dora, Jenny, Charlotte, Edna, Bud, Ed, Cary, Lois, Cabel and Margaret.
She is survived by: her child Troop; her husband William Ray Parcell; her son William David Parcell (Terry); her grandchildren, Courtney Doughtie (Thomas) and William Cody Parcell; her great grandchildren, Emerson Brown, Bexley Doughtie and Haylee Doughtie; and her siblings, Christine Stultz and Gerald Stultz. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, all services will be held privately.
