She was predeceased by: her father Luther Monroe Bell; her husband Vance L. Fulcher, Jr.; her son Duane Vance Fulcher; and her brother Allen Luther Bell. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Gauldin, Ginny Owen (Clay Campbell), Scott Gauldin (Tina), Lizzy Fulcher (Emily Harrell), Teresa Griffith and Bruce Fulcher (Linda); her sister Brenda Boswell; her grandchildren, Zachary Gauldin (Michala), Christopher Owen, Megan Gauldin, Cooper Owen, Colby Owen, Angela Johnston (Jewel) and Shaun Griffith (Amy); her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Nevaeh, Karleigh, Ellie, Raelynn and Camden; and her close friend Nancy Hudson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
