He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Dudley Handy and Vesta Angline Hawks Handy; his wife Martha Sutphin Handy; and his brother J. C. Handy. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim (Gary Cassell) and Kerri (Daryl Mays); his grandchildren, Kori Beth Cassell of Indianapolis, Mason Mays (Katie) of Collinsville, Morgan Cockerham (Joshua) of Fieldale and Dylan Cassell of Columbus, Indiana; and his sisters, Rosa Lee Handy Bocock of Patrick Springs and Patricia Handy Bowman of Stuart.
Due to the governor's requirements a face covering is required and social distancing is to be observed.
