He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Clayton Kendrick and Helen Hood Kendrick; and his sister Janet Riddle. He is survived by: his daughters, Kellie Campbell (Roger) and Kasey Brim (Freddie); his grandchildren, Trey Reese, Branson, Grayson, Paisley and Brailey; and his siblings, David Kendrick (Vickie), Brenda Hollingsworth (Joel) and Carol Brulinski (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
