She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Strait and Blanche Slaydon Strait. She is survived by: her children, Sherri Brim Sowers (Billy), Freddie "Joey" Brim, Jr. (Kasey) and Joshua Eston Raines (Gabby); her sister Cheryl Strait Blalock; her grandchildren, Logan Sowers, Trey Brim, Reese Brim, Aiden Sowers and Jhett Raines; her niece Lindsey Blalock; and her nephew Van Evan Blalock, Jr..
