He is survived by: his wife Peggy Marie Howell; his children, Donna Smith (David), Billy Howell (Kristy) and Daniel Howell (Tracy); his sister Priscilla Ann Poff (Billy); his grandchildren, Candace, Ashley, Ben, Kelcey, Daniel, Blake, Camden, Haley and Annalynn; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Conner, Remy and Tinsley; his pets, Cheyanne and Bandit; and also, Audon and Marie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
