He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Fredrick Spencer and Ruby Lawless Spencer; and his siblings, Patricia Sutherland and George Author Spencer. He is survived by: his significant other Sarah Mitchem; his children, Eric Dean Spencer (Justina) and Brandy Michelle Spencer; his grandchildren, Molly Jane Spencer, Orion Beck, Jasmine Fowler and Landen Hall; his siblings, Charles Edward Spencer (Rebecca), Viola Walsh, Linda Carter and Shirley Hancock; and his children, Billy Mitchem (Kendall), Rebecca Leviner (Josh), Michele Farmer (Ryan) and Kayla Montgomery (Chris). He is also survived by grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
