He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Turner and Clara Elizabeth Lawson Turner; his wife Betty Jean McKinney Turner; and his siblings, Mary Alice Thomasson, James Edward Turner, Elwood Turner, Johnny Turner, Bobby Turner and Billy Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Kay Turner and William Dwayne Turner. He is also survived by one grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
