He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Winingham and Maxie Johnston Winingham; and his siblings, Milia Sage and RJ. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Winingham; his children, John "Marty" Winingham (Jonquil), Tammy Purdy (Bill) and Brandi Stultz (Scott); and his siblings, Roger Winingham and Thelma Matney (Lawrence). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
