Watkins of Houston, TX, Rosetta Alexis Hairston of Martinsville, VA and Barri Sherice Millner of Martinsville, VA; his brother Earl Akridge of Bassett, VA; and his close friend Larry Jones of Martinsville, VA. He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
