She was predeceased by: her parents, Harden Lester, Sr. and Katherine Millner Shelton of Ridgeway, VA.; her daughter Kerry Lynn; her siblings, Paul Howard of Stoneville, NC and Roberta Dalton of Ridgeway, VA; and her sisters-in-law, Dovie Shelton of Ridgeway, VA, Mozelle Shelton of Madison, NC, Roberta Dalton of Rocky Mt, VA and Nancy Shelton.
She is survived by: her husband William M. Penn (Billy); her daughter Catrina Michelle Penn of Rock Hill, SC.; and her siblings, Margaret A. Faust Arlington (Joseph), Phyllis Dejarnette (Michael), Harden L. Shelton, Jr., Robert W. Shelton, Harold W. Dalton and Alvin G. Shelton (Deborah Rena). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Due to Covid-19 the family is limiting visitors.
