It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Hale (Ferrum, Virginia), who passed away on July 25, 2018, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gaye Worley, Marilyn Lynn Rakes, Altrude Shively, Oscar Rakes and Randolph Rakes; and her grandson Corey Byrd.
She is survived by: her children, Sandi Feather (Rob), Mark Nichols, Dwayne Hale and Nathan Hale; her grandchildren, Caleb Feather (Priscilla), Hunter Nichols, Ashley Philpott (Jeff) and Hayley Nichols; her great grandchildren, Mason Philpott, Alexis "Lexi" Dalton and Cora Nichols; and her siblings, Mildred DeHart, Edna Duncan, Rena Lou Stone, Orben Rakes, Hubert Rakes (Carol), Richard Rakes, Cleo Rakes and Lemuel "Lane" Rakes.
