She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Carter and Nora Carter; and her husband Donald Hale. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Terry Peters Jr., Sammy Peters, Angela Brumfield and Kevin Peters. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
