He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Caitlin T. Withers (Jeffrey); his mother Charlotte B. Thomas; his siblings-in-law, Chris, Wade, Terry Barrack and Dale Barrack; his nephew Nick Barrack; his wife Catherine Ann Barrack Thomas; and his father Theodore M. Thomas, Sr.. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
