He was predeceased by: his parents, Robbie "Mickey" Leon Lewis and Lois Roberta Bradshaw Lewis; his siblings, Marjorie and Todd; and his brother-in-law Mole.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Elizabeth Douglas; his son Jeremy Leon Douglas (Tanya); his grandsons, Ethan Douglas and Evan Douglas; his siblings, Eddie Lewis (Tiger), Bobby Lewis and Stephanie Lewis (Kim); his siblings-in-law, Mitch Douglas, Kathy (Lyell), Lee (Wally) and Kim; and his close friend Eddie Douglas.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakland United Methodist Church (4530 Oakland Rd, Farnham, VA 22460). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
