He was predeceased by: his father Fred; and his former wife Jean Stella Morrison Richey. He is survived by: his wife Gene Shirley Winn Richey; his son Stephen; his daughter-in-law Ivonne Richey of Gainesville; his daughter Bequi Richey of Athens; and his granddaughters, Chelsea Elizabeth Richey and Meagan Meadows. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
